Melodie Roach received her Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from Cleveland State University in 1991.  She is currently Vice President as well as an owner to Therapy In Motion, LLC. In this role she manages the day to day operations of therapy services company wide. 

Mrs. Roach has held various roles during career.   In 1995 she became a Rehab Program Manager for a large skilled nursing facility.  In this role she managed day to day operations of the rehab department and had a leadership role in attaining both CARF and JCAHO accreditation for sub-acute care.  In 2001 she became the Director of Speech-Language Pathology.  She managed the speech-language pathology department in all settings across the State of Ohio. She has extensive knowledge of federal and state regulations, in both inpatient and outpatient settings.  Mrs. Roach has participated in the State of Ohio survey process for Medicare certified rehab agencies.  She also has vast experience in teaching skilled documentation, PPS maximization, and case mix score development.
